NFL Week 2 – Picks Revisited

Every Tuesday or Wednesday I will go over the previous week of games, with a note or two on the game. To see my picks for the past week, check the previous post.

Week 2 (Predicted Winners in Bold and Italicized):

KC @ BUF – Spiller playing well, and Buffalo looked like I thought they would look this week.

NO @ CAR – Saints now at 0-2, Carolina played a good game.

TB @ NYG – Almost lost this one, but Giants came from behind.

CLE @ CIN – Not shocked by the outcome.

BAL @ PHI – As a Texans fan I am happy by this outcome, but did think Baltimore would take this one.

OAK @ MIA – I think Miami is a better team than people give them credit for.

HOU @ JAX – I think 20 points qualifies as a blowout.

MIN @ IND – Thought the Vikings could take this one on the road. Colts didn’t think so.

ARZ @ NE – Another pleasantly surprised outcome in this game…WIDE LEFT!

WSH @ STL – Washington had the win, but STL steals this one!

DAL @ SEA – Seattle took this home game in a pretty nice fashion.

TEN @ SD – No gates no problem. Rosario with 3 td’s.

NYJ @ PIT – Steelers took this one as Sanchez completed just 37% of his passes.

DET @ SF – 49’ers proving they are Super Bowl contenders.

DEN @ ATL – Falcons now 2-0 on the season.

Overall Week 2 Record: 10-6.

Overall Season Record: 21-11

Power Rankings for Week 3 will be up before game time on Thursday.
